For this real estate project in the United Kingdom, the challenge was to position and promote a fast-growing area of Sheffield against more established markets. The goal was a captivating video that showed the area’s potential and overcame the limits of static material.
I produced the full piece in After Effects, combining advanced motion graphics, rhythmic editing and AI techniques to animate renders and bring the client’s images to life. To give a broad view of the area, I added satellite shots from Google Earth, complemented by curated high-quality stock footage of the city.
The result is a dynamic, immersive video, enhanced by strategic sound design that follows the rhythm of the images, communicating the appeal and future of this new residential area.
